Position Overview: GS Equity, a leading firm in the investment industry, is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join our team at our prestigious Burj Khalifa office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while handling administrative and front-desk tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, manage incoming calls, and route them appropriately. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and appointment coordination for executives. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area that reflects the company’s high standards and corporate image.
Administrative and Communication Support: Assist the administrative and executive teams with document preparation, filing, and internal coordination. Manage meeting room bookings, handle courier services, and support daily office operations. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills and professionalism in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
Client and Visitor Relations: Serve as the company’s ambassador at the front desk by providing exceptional service and ensuring every visitor’s experience reflects GS Equity’s commitment to excellence. Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times while handling sensitive information.
Technical and Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems) are essential. The ability to manage schedules and maintain organized records will be highly valued. Attention to detail and a polished personal presentation are key attributes.
