Job Description
Front Desk Management: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome. You will handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Client & Guest Relations: You will be responsible for assisting clients and visitors with their needs, offering information about services, and ensuring they feel valued and respected. The role involves handling both scheduled appointments and walk-in guests efficiently, making their experience seamless.
Administrative Support: You will provide day-to-day administrative assistance to management and staff, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and preparing basic reports. This role requires the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Communication Handling: Managing and organizing incoming calls, messages, and correspondence will be part of your daily duties. You will also ensure all communications are addressed promptly and professionally, enhancing the company's reputation for excellent customer service.
Office Coordination: You will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth front office operations, assisting in organizing events, property viewings, and client meetings. This includes coordinating schedules and ensuring meeting rooms are ready for use.
Professional Presentation: As the face of the company, you will maintain a high level of personal grooming and professionalism at all times. You will ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming for both clients and staff.
