Job Description
Position Overview: As the Receptionist at Blanco Developments, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and stakeholders. You will manage the front desk area, greet guests with professionalism, and ensure that all interactions reflect the company’s high service standards. This role plays an important part in maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities: Your daily duties will include answering incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, managing meeting room bookings, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. You will also assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating events, and supporting general administrative functions as needed.
Client Interaction: You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to visitors by assisting with inquiries, offering refreshments, and ensuring their overall comfort. Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times is essential to building strong client relationships.
Administrative Support: Apart from front desk duties, you will support internal teams with document preparation, filing, and maintaining company records. You will also assist in event coordination, helping to arrange logistics, catering, and guest lists for corporate gatherings.
Office Coordination: This role requires working closely with HR, facilities, and management to ensure office supplies are stocked, equipment is functioning, and the workplace is presentable at all times. You will also oversee deliveries and liaise with service providers when necessary.
Communication & Multitasking: You will need excellent organizational skills to manage multiple calls, visitor requests, and administrative tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills will help you interact effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
