Job Overview: ICONS Worldwide is hiring a highly organized and efficient Admin Coordinator to handle the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. The ideal candidate must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining. This role plays a crucial part in supporting internal teams, maintaining administrative systems, and ensuring the overall workflow runs smoothly.
Role Responsibilities: As an Admin Coordinator, your core responsibilities will include maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, organizing schedules and meetings, maintaining documentation, and acting as a liaison between departments. You will be expected to perform with precision and deliver administrative excellence in a fast-paced work environment.
Daily Tasks: You will handle a range of administrative duties such as data entry, filing, updating records, creating reports, managing logistics for meetings and events, and communicating with vendors. Attention to detail and time management are critical, as you’ll often juggle multiple tasks at once.
Required Profile: A successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of handling administrative roles in a professional setting. The role demands the ability to follow through on tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with all levels of staff.
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone proactive, dependable, and tech-savvy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong command of the English language (both written and spoken) are essential. The ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality is a must.
