Job Description
Client Interaction: As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors at our luxurious lounge in Burj Al Arab, Dubai. This role demands a warm, professional, and helpful demeanor to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and well-attended from the moment they arrive.
Guest Services: You will manage guest inquiries efficiently, offering timely support and information. Whether handling walk-in queries, scheduled visits, or unexpected issues, your goal will be to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by providing courteous and knowledgeable assistance.
Administrative Duties: One of the key responsibilities is recording all client and inquiry details in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as these records support our client service and operational decisions.
Office Management: The receptionist will ensure the lounge is always presentable, neat, and organized. From restocking office amenities to maintaining general tidiness, you will play a central role in keeping the space comfortable and functional for both clients and internal staff.
Communication Handling: You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to all communications, including emails and WhatsApp messages. Prompt and professional communication will be crucial in ensuring clients’ concerns and requests are addressed quickly and effectively.
Scheduling and Logs: Managing the daily schedule, maintaining the visitor logbook, and coordinating appointments will be a vital part of your day-to-day tasks. You will ensure the reception operates smoothly by keeping track of all client appointments and visits.
Hospitality Services: The role also involves serving refreshments to our clients, ensuring a comfortable and premium hospitality experience during their stay at our lounge. Your attention to detail and client-centric approach will significantly enhance guest satisfaction.
