Job Description

Job Title: We are hiring a Receptionist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our visitors, embodying the professionalism and warm nature of our brand.

Key Responsibilities: As a Receptionist, you will greet visitors with a warm and friendly attitude, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive experience. You will also manage incoming phone calls and forward them appropriately.

Front-Desk Management: You will maintain a clean and professional appearance of the reception area, and ensure it is always presentable for visitors.

Appointments and Scheduling: Managing appointment schedules, meeting room reservations, and overseeing front-desk supplies will also be part of your responsibilities.

Administrative Support: The role includes performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and coordinating couriers.

Client Interaction: You will provide visitors and clients with essential information about the company, helping create a welcoming and informed environment.
