Front Desk Management: Manage all front-desk operations efficiently and professionally.

Visitor Greeting: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.

Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them appropriately.

Inquiry Management: Handle inquiries from visitors and callers, providing accurate information.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate excellent communication and customer management skills.

Telephone Etiquette: Maintain strong telephone etiquette at all times.

Bilingual Communication: Communicate professionally and fluently in both English and Arabic.
