Job description:

Our client is urgently looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Dubai. If you have excellent communication skills and front desk experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and courteously.

Manage front desk operations, ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.

Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

Experience as a Receptionist or in a Front Desk role, with strong communication skills.

Home country experience will also be considered, provided you have excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in handling phone systems, emails, and general office equipment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional demeanor and appearance.
