About the Role:

Al Waha Cars is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our automotive showroom. This customer-facing position requires exceptional interpersonal skills to create positive first impressions while managing front office operations efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Receptionist will handle all incoming calls, greet visitors, and coordinate showroom traffic flow. Your duties include managing appointment schedules, directing customer inquiries to appropriate departments, and maintaining a tidy reception area that reflects our brand standards.

Customer Service Excellence:

You will serve as the initial point of contact for potential buyers, requiring in-depth knowledge of our vehicle lineup and basic financing options. The role demands the ability to identify customer needs quickly and route them to specialized sales consultants accordingly.

Administrative Support:

Additional responsibilities involve processing customer documentation, maintaining visitor logs, and assisting with basic office administration tasks. You will coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer transitions throughout their showroom experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We seek candidates with professional front office experience, preferably in automotive or retail environments. Exceptional telephone etiquette, polished appearance, and multilingual abilities (English/Arabic) are essential qualifications for this customer-centric role.
