About the Role:

We are hiring for a Receptionist position with a leading retail company in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in a customer-facing role. No prior experience is required – we are looking for candidates with a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to speak English fluently.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required – training will be provided.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE.
