Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and VIP guests. This role combines traditional reception duties with high-end customer service, requiring someone who understands the nuances of luxury hospitality and can maintain the prestigious standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations

Welcome and greet clients and VIP guests with impeccable professionalism and warmth

Manage all incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

Ensure all visitors receive a premium experience aligned with our luxury brand standards

Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and follow-ups

Sales Support

Manage and optimize the sales floor presentation

Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client appointments and viewings

Maintain an organized system for sales documentation and client files

Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client correspondence

Administrative Duties

Oversee the reception area's appearance and presentation standards

Coordinate meetings and events with attention to detail

Manage office supplies inventory and procurement

Maintain visitor logs and security protocols

Handle mail and courier services

Support general office administration as needed

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or high-end real estate environment

Proven track record in premium customer service delivery

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with CRM systems

Strong typing and data entry capabilities

Knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures

Personal Qualities

Exceptional grooming and professional presentation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Additional languages are an advantage

Superior interpersonal and customer service abilities

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Discrete handling of confidential information
