About the Role
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming personality to create a positive first impression for visitors and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean, organized reception space
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally and efficiently
Direct visitors and route communications to appropriate departments
Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain conference room schedules
Manage visitor log and issue visitor passes according to security protocols
Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
Support other departments with clerical tasks when required
Ensure security measures are followed for all visitors
Handle basic office management duties
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with office equipment (printers, phones, etc.)
