Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with administrative efficiency to create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and provide professional assistance

Manage front desk operations effectively

Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately

Take accurate messages and relay them promptly

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Keep reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming

Coordinate mail and courier services

Support basic administrative tasks

Maintain visitor logs and security protocols

Assist with office organization and supplies management

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Excellent multitasking skills
