Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner

Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Process reservations and maintain booking systems

Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments regarding room status

Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner

Support other departments as needed

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in the hospitality industry

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Strong customer service orientation

Computer literacy and experience with hotel management systems

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Good organizational and time management skills

Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Desired Skills:

Experience with property management systems

Knowledge of additional languages

Background in luxury hospitality

Cash handling experience

Problem-solving abilities

Team player mentality

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
