Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist with specific background in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate must be currently available in UAE and able to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the front desk and reception area professionally

Handle incoming calls, messages, and visitor inquiries

Coordinate with construction sites and project managers

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages

Manage office supplies and stationery inventory

Support administrative tasks for the construction team

Handle basic clerical duties and filing systems

Coordinate courier services and deliveries

Assist with document processing and organization

Maintain office tidiness and professional appearance

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience as a receptionist in construction industry

Must be currently located in UAE

Proven track record in construction company reception

Familiarity with construction terminology and procedures

Experience with visitor management systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Skills

Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)

Professional telephone manner

Strong organizational skills

Multi-tasking capabilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work under pressure

Basic technical understanding of construction industry
