About the Role

We are seeking a professional and bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Atilla Property's Business Bay office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Handle incoming calls and route them to appropriate departments

Manage general email inquiries and correspondence in both Turkish and English

Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor schedules

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Assist with basic office management duties

Maintain visitor logs and security protocols

Support the team with various administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

Fluent in Turkish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Professional appearance and demeanor

Essential Requirements

Must be currently based in Dubai

Valid UAE residency visa

Available to work full-time during office hours

Desired Skills and Qualities

Knowledge of real estate terminology is a plus

Experience with property management software

Professional telephone etiquette

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
