Responsibilities:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Managing the reception area by ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.

- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for executives and staff.

- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.

- Assisting with various administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry.

- Maintaining office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.

- Handling incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Professional and courteous demeanor.

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
