About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with strong administrative capabilities to provide exceptional service to our visitors and support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all office visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while maintaining office security protocols and visitor logs
Handle multi-line phone system with professional etiquette, directing calls to appropriate departments and taking detailed messages when required
Perform essential administrative duties including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office calendars
Support office operations through various clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and managing office supplies
Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with additional administrative projects as needed
Required Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Arabic (Arabic fluency is mandatory)
Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles
Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Preferred Skills
Experience in a corporate office environment
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Experience with visitor management systems
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Work Environment
Fast-paced, professional office setting in Dubai
