About the Role

We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will ensure a positive first impression of our organization through excellent customer service and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner

Manage the front desk during assigned shift hours

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Direct visitors to appropriate departments or personnel

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges according to security protocols

Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with basic meeting setup

Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance

Perform basic administrative tasks as required

Support other departments with clerical duties when needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus

1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Previous experience working in rotational shifts

Working Hours

9-hour shifts on rotation basis

Must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, or evenings as scheduled
