Position Overview
Join Life Pharmacy as a Receptionist where you'll be the face and voice of our trusted healthcare brand. We're seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to create welcoming experiences for our customers while maintaining efficient front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers, patients, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
Manage the reception area ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
Direct visitors and calls to appropriate departments or staff members
Schedule and coordinate appointments when required
Support pharmacy staff with administrative tasks
Maintain visitor logs and security protocols
Process basic paperwork and handle filing systems
Assist with inventory management of office supplies
Support internal communication between departments
Assist in managing customer feedback and concerns
Coordinate with delivery services and suppliers
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service or reception role preferred
Experience in healthcare or pharmacy setting is advantageous
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
Computer literacy and ability to learn pharmacy management systems
Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures
