Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our real estate office. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with strong administrative abilities to provide exceptional service to our clients and support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors, clients, and business partners in a professional and friendly manner

Manage the front desk operations and maintain a pristine reception area

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently

Screen and direct calls and messages to appropriate team members

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar management

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required

Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Assist with basic office equipment operation (printer, scanner, photocopier)

Support basic documentation and data entry tasks

Coordinate with facility management for maintenance issues

Assist in organizing company events and meetings

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both verbal and written)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and positive attitude

High school diploma required; additional administrative certifications are a plus

Previous experience in real estate industry is advantageous
