Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, representing our company with excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner

Handle incoming calls and correspondence

Manage front desk operations

Maintain office organization and cleanliness

Support administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Strong organizational abilities

Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
