Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at a leading real estate developer in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will represent our company with excellence and professionalism.

Job Description:

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner

Manage the front desk operations, including directing visitors and handling inquiries

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails

Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes according to security protocols

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

Provide basic information about the company's properties and services

Assist with basic administrative tasks and office management duties

Maintain the reception area's professional and tidy appearance

Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist, guest relations officer, or in a front desk role

Previous experience in real estate industry is highly advantageous

Excellent communication skills in English

Fluency in Tagalog is a significant advantage

Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems)

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Skills and Attributes:

Outstanding customer service orientation

Professional phone etiquette

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Strong attention to detail

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
