Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Salary: AED 4,000 + Benefits + Transportation

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Responsibilities

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties are likely to include:

• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate department or person
  
• Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Handling basic administrative tasks
• Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable
• Assisting with various office tasks as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
