About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our real estate division in Dubai. This role combines sales leadership, team management, and real estate expertise to drive business growth and team performance in the competitive Dubai property market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize team performance and revenue
Provide comprehensive coaching, mentoring, and training to team members
Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and development opportunities
Conduct market analysis and stay current with UAE real estate trends and competitor activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and key stakeholders
Ensure team compliance with UAE real estate regulations and legal requirements
Oversee property valuations and maintain extensive knowledge of available properties
Handle complex negotiations and resolve high-level transaction issues
Implement best practices in real estate sales and team management
Create and maintain performance reporting systems
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate (sales, leasing, or property management)
Proven track record of successful team leadership in real estate
Demonstrated experience managing and developing real estate agents
Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and regulations
Excellent knowledge of Dubai property market and current trends
UAE driving license (preferred)
Fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous)
