Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team into 2025. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing real estate firm in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Set and track individual and team sales targets

Provide regular performance reports and analytics

Conduct training sessions for sales team members

Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations

Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures

Implement best practices in sales processes and customer service

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in UAE real estate sales management

Strong track record of achieving sales targets

Current UAE residency

Valid RERA certification (if applicable)

Excellent knowledge of UAE real estate market

Strong network within the local real estate community

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate software

Experience

Minimum 5+ years in UAE real estate sales

Experience with both residential and commercial properties
