Company Overview:
Atilla Property, a prominent real estate firm in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive the company's sales performance in the competitive Dubai property market.
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market
Demonstrated track record of sales leadership and team management
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company revenue targets
Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the Dubai real estate market
Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance performance
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Sales Performance
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions
Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms
Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop sales team members
Create and implement sales training programs
Monitor and evaluate team performance
Provide continuous feedback and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Dubai real estate market
Proven track record of sales leadership and team management
Strong understanding of Dubai real estate regulations and market dynamics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
