Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Your primary focus will be identifying and converting high-potential leads through strategic prospecting. You'll conduct personalized property viewings, build lasting client relationships, and position yourself as a trusted advisor in Dubai's competitive real estate landscape.

Sales Process Excellence

From initial contact to successful closing, you'll expertly guide clients through the entire sales journey. Your ability to understand client needs, present suitable options, and overcome objections will directly impact your success in this commission-driven role.

Market Expertise Development

We require in-depth knowledge of Dubai's property sectors, including emerging areas and market trends. You'll stay current with RERA regulations, financing options, and community developments to provide clients with accurate, valuable insights.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

Your strong negotiation skills will be crucial in securing favorable terms for both buyers and sellers. You'll prepare and present offers, mediate between parties, and efficiently navigate transactions to successful completion.

Professional Standards

Adherence to ethical sales practices and regulatory compliance is fundamental. You'll maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and transactions while upholding our company's reputation for integrity and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will possess 2-4 years of Dubai real estate sales experience, proven closing ability, and fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous). Self-motivation, resilience, and a driver's license are essential for this field-based role.
