We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team. What are we looking for?

Performance-driven, Multilingual, Independent Professionals: We seek individuals who are self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, as we serve a diverse clientele in Dubai.

UAE Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required for this position to facilitate property viewings and client meetings.

At least 1+ years of Real Estate Experience in Dubai Off-plan or Secondary Market Sales: Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on either off-plan or secondary market properties in Dubai.

Preferred Languages: Proficiency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Turkish, Russian, Farsi, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and properties for sale.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Actively promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties to prospective buyers.

Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients on property tours.

Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.

Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the buying or selling process.

Stay updated on real estate market trends, developments, and regulations.

Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and sales transactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

UAE driving license and own transportation.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
