The ideal candidates will possess previous sales experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt. The role offers comprehensive training and support to enhance your sales skills and develop expertise in the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Information & Marketing:

Collect detailed information about properties and arrange for the creation of appropriate marketing materials.

Market Knowledge:

Maintain expert knowledge of UAE real estate market rules, regulations, and trends.

Property Valuations & Viewings:

Conduct and attend property valuations and viewings.

Negotiation:

Negotiate with prospective buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from the viewing stage through to the offer stage.

Sales Management:

Monitor sales progress and liaise with appropriate managers.

Lead Management:

Follow up on all company-generated leads and self-generate leads through cold calls, marketing, and networking.

Market Trends:

Stay updated with local property market trends and developments.

Requirements:

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

Skills:

Specialist knowledge in real estate sales, property consulting, and lettings.

Strong selling skills with an energetic and motivated personality.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
