Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends and conditions in the real estate market.

Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate smooth transactions.

Market and advertise properties through various channels to attract potential buyers.

Maintain and update listings of available properties, ensuring accurate and detailed information.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with other professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to ensure a seamless transaction.

Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in the real estate industry.

Excellent communication skills, along with a confident and persuasive personality.

Licensed Real Estate Agent in Dubai and a valid UAE Driving License, preferably with own car.
