Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in Dubai's real estate sector and a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive full-cycle recruitment process for real estate positions

Source and screen candidates through various channels

Conduct initial interviews and assessments

Manage relationships with real estate recruitment agencies

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements

Create and maintain job descriptions

Organize and conduct job interviews

Handle job offer negotiations

Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

Support employer branding initiatives

Manage recruitment database and applicant tracking system

Attend real estate career fairs and networking events

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of recruitment experience specifically in Dubai's real estate sector

Understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations

Experience with modern recruitment techniques and platforms

Knowledge of real estate roles and competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

Desired Skills & Experience

Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market dynamics

Experience with property-specific recruitment platforms

Multilingual abilities (Arabic is a plus)

Experience with recruitment marketing

Social media recruitment expertise

Strong networking abilities
