About the Role

We are seeking experienced Listing Agents to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for securing and managing property listings while building strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders in the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with property owners to secure exclusive listing agreements for residential and commercial properties

Conduct thorough property evaluations and prepare comprehensive market analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies

Create compelling property listings with high-quality descriptions, photographs, and marketing materials

Coordinate with photographers, stagers, and other professionals to ensure properties are presented in their best light

Maintain regular communication with property owners regarding marketing efforts, showing feedback, and market updates

Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and their agents

Handle contract negotiations and ensure all necessary documentation is properly completed

Stay current with local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments

Utilize CRM systems to manage client relationships and property listings effectively

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Listing Agent in real estate (mandatory)

Valid UAE real estate license or ability to obtain one

Strong track record of successful property listings and sales

Excellent knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market

Outstanding negotiation and communication skills

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous

Proficiency in real estate CRM systems and marketing tools

Valid UAE driving license

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field

Additional real estate certifications

Experience in luxury property listings

Multilingual capabilities

Knowledge of UAE property laws and regulations
