Listing Administration:

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of property listing management, ensuring accurate data entry across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities include processing new listings, updating availability statuses, and maintaining organized digital and physical property files in compliance with RERA regulations.

Front Office Operations:

As the first point of contact, you will greet clients, manage incoming calls, and coordinate appointments for our sales team. The role demands in-depth knowledge of our property portfolio to effectively direct inquiries and provide basic information to potential buyers and tenants.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants must demonstrate minimum 1 year of UAE real estate brokerage experience, with specific exposure to listing management systems. Immediate availability is essential for this urgent hiring need.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in real estate CRM software (Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.) and Microsoft Office is mandatory. Familiarity with DLD processes and documentation requirements will be considered a strong advantage.
