Position Overview:
Abdulla Al Arif Investment is seeking a highly experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Real Estate & Facilities sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth, managing the sales team, and building strategic relationships within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet company growth targets.
Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and market segments.
Sales Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales team performance, set objectives, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and industry professionals.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion.
Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that promote our services and enhance brand visibility.
Client Engagement: Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to prospective clients and partners.
Report Management: Oversee report management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on business performance and sales activities.
Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads, proposals, and client interactions to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales management within the real estate industry in the UAE.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Independence: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle are required.
Educational Qualification:
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience:
Years: Minimum 7 - 8 years as a Business Development & Sales Manager within the Real Estate industry in the UAE.
