About the Role

We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Internet City, Dubai. As a Real Estate Broker with our company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence while helping clients find their perfect properties.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and nurture leads through various channels to build a strong client portfolio

Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties to potential buyers and tenants

Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties

Stay current with market trends, property prices, and real estate regulations in Dubai

Maintain accurate documentation and records of all transactions and client interactions

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and industry stakeholders

Create compelling property listings and marketing materials

Participate in networking events and industry functions to expand business opportunities

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of proven experience in real estate sales or brokerage

Valid UAE real estate broker certification (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market (preferred)

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Valid UAE driving license

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Previous experience in the UAE real estate market
