Position Overview

We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and exceptional relationship-building skills to help clients achieve their property goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients through prospecting, relationship building, and referrals

Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and market conditions

Generate and qualify leads through various channels including digital platforms, networking events, and personal connections

Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to ensure successful property transactions

Stay current with market trends, property prices, and real estate regulations in Abu Dhabi

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, property viewings, and transactions

Collaborate with team members to share market intelligence and best practices

Prepare and present professional property listings, market analyses, and client proposals

Ensure compliance with all UAE real estate regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field

Valid UAE real estate broker license or ability to obtain one

Minimum 2 years of successful real estate sales experience

Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous

Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market and property laws

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Valid UAE driving license

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury real estate sales

Established network within the UAE real estate market

Additional language skills (particularly Arabic, Russian, or Chinese)

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Experience with CRM systems and property management software
