Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents with a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidates will have experience in closing deals in off-plan and secondary real estate projects. This is an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are eager to work on high commissions and thrive in a competitive environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deal Closure and Sales:

Successfully close deals in off-plan and secondary real estate projects.

Demonstrate a mindset of ownership and profit-making.

Client Management:

Qualify leads and manage property listings on leading property platforms.

Handle VIP clients and expand your network of investors.

Compensation and Benefits:

High commission structure with fixed salary support for the first 2 months.

Up to 60% commission based on leads.

Visa/Labor permit, health insurance, travel allowance, transportation, and phone allowances provided.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience and Skills:

Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience as a property consultant.

Experience in off-plan projects is a plus.

Excellent communication and soft skills.

Driving license and car are advantageous.

Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
