Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:

Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

Promote properties through various marketing channels, including digital marketing and open houses.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and guidance throughout the buying or renting process.

Property Management:

Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.

Conduct property viewings and inspections to assess condition and suitability for clients.

Negotiate lease terms and sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and availability.

Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive market analysis to help them make informed decisions.

Client Consultation:

Understand client requirements and preferences to recommend suitable properties.

Assist clients in the preparation of legal documents and facilitate smooth transactions.

Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Experience:

3 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in using real estate software and digital marketing tools.
