Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Relations and Property Transactions:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Guide clients through the entire process from property selection to transaction closure.

Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and comparable sales.

Provide advice on property investment opportunities, financing options, and market conditions.

Customer Service and Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent customer service.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information and solutions.

Follow up with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction and secure referrals.

Marketing and Property Listings:

List and advertise properties on various platforms to attract potential buyers and tenants.

Develop effective marketing strategies to promote properties and maximize visibility.

Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase properties to prospective clients.

Negotiation and Transaction Management:

Negotiate property prices, terms of sale, and rental agreements on behalf of clients.

Prepare and present real estate documents, contracts, and lease agreements.

Facilitate the closing process, coordinating with lawyers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders as necessary.

Register and obtain necessary approvals such as NOCs from developers, landlords, and property management.

Performance Metrics and Targets:

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, client interactions, and market data.

Compensation Structure:

Basic Allowance:

A fixed basic allowance of AED 1,000/- for the first 3 months will be provided to all newly hired experienced real estate agents.

Commission Structure:

Agents will receive a competitive commission structure, earning a 50% share of the commission generated from their transactions.

Bonus Eligibility:

Upon achieving a minimum target of AED 20,000/- in commission, agents become eligible for a performance bonus.

The bonus will be 10% of their share of the commission earned above the target amount.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Previous experience in real estate sales or related fields is preferred.

A valid real estate license is advantageous.

Possession of a car and a valid driving license is a plus.
