Job Description:

Sheridama Real Estate LLC is actively seeking passionate and driven real estate agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and identifying living spaces that fit their needs. This is a commission-only structure offering up to 70% commission.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

Find prospective clients, understand their criteria, and match them with suitable properties.

Consistently provide buyers/renters with multiple property choices, aiming to upsell and cross-sell.

Sales & Leasing:

Opportunity to engage in secondary sales, off-plan sales, and leasing.

Actively add new residential/commercial properties to our portfolio.

Marketing & Lead Generation:

Unlimited advertising on Bayut, Property Finder, and other portals.

Utilize digital and social media campaigns, and participate in international and local roadshows.

Take high-quality pictures and videos for listings.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices.

Stay updated on real estate trends, laws, and regulations.

Client Services:

Show properties to potential buyers/renters and provide detailed information.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.

Negotiate sales or rental agreements and prepare contracts.

Gather and follow up on proper documentation to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.

Use CRM effectively and keep in constant touch with the coordinator.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Personal Attributes:

Proactive, passionate about real estate, honest, enthusiastic, and trustworthy.

Friendly and pleasant personality with a tidy appearance.

Analytical skills, well-organized, and detail-oriented.

Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication skills in English and one of the following: عربي / Русский / Français / Español / Deutsch.

Sufficient work knowledge of MS Office.

Valid UAE driving license.

Proven track record of success in real estate sales.

Specialization in a specific area/neighborhood.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates must be inside the UAE (preferably living in Dubai).

Probation period of 3-6 months.

Possess a "go-better" attitude and dedication to exceeding expectations.

Ambitious and driven with a desire to progress to a leadership role.


Commission Structure:

Up to 70% commission-only structure.
