Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. As a Real Estate Agent at MNA Properties, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This role offers excellent earning potential through commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Guide clients through the property buying, selling, or renting process.

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Conduct property showings and open houses.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

Negotiate contracts and terms of sale.

Stay updated with real estate market trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their property goals.

Experience in sales or real estate is advantageous.

Valid UAE driver's license.
