Sales & Client Management:

The successful candidate will generate leads, conduct property viewings, and negotiate transactions across Dubai's residential and commercial sectors. Your ability to build trust with diverse clients will drive sales conversions and repeat business.

Market Expertise Requirements:

We require professionals with RERA certification and demonstrated knowledge of Dubai's property regulations. Your understanding of emerging communities and market trends will position you as a trusted advisor to buyers and investors.

Performance Expectations:

Agents must maintain active listings, achieve monthly sales targets, and provide exceptional customer experiences. The role demands self-motivation to prospect consistently while leveraging company marketing resources.
