About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and the ability to provide exceptional service to clients throughout their property journey.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and nurture leads to build a strong client portfolio

Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information to potential clients

Guide clients through the entire property transaction process (buying, selling, renting)

Research and analyze market trends to provide informed advice on property values and investment opportunities

Negotiate deals to secure the best possible terms for clients

Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and transactions

Prepare and process required paperwork, contracts, and agreements

Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and laws

Meet and exceed established sales targets

Network actively within the real estate community

Use CRM systems to track client interactions and manage pipeline

Stay current with Dubai's real estate market trends and developments

Required Qualifications

MBA degree

Minimum 6 months experience in real estate sales

Proven sales track record

Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market

Understanding of UAE property laws and regulations

RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
