Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage client relationships with both buyers and sellers

Conduct property viewings and presentations

Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the transaction process

Maintain detailed market knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends

Create compelling property listings and marketing materials

Use CRM systems to track client interactions and manage leads

Network actively to build a strong client base

Prepare and process real estate documentation

Stay updated on Dubai real estate regulations and market dynamics

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of real estate experience

Fluency in English or Russian (both languages is a plus)

Valid UAE residency (preferred)

RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)

Clean driver's license
