Title: Real Estate Agent

Location: Abu Dhabi

Company: Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI)

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties

Provide expert guidance on current market conditions and trends

Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients

Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking and marketing efforts

Stay updated on local property laws, regulations, and market dynamics

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client service

Requirements

Prior real estate experience preferred

Excellent sales and communication skills

Ability to meet and exceed targets

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work

Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools

Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market (preferred)

Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
