Prestige Luxury Properties urgently seeks a professional Administrator/Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our high-end real estate office. This dual-role position is perfect for organized individuals who thrive in fast-paced property environments.

Front Office Management:

The successful candidate will expertly greet clients, manage incoming inquiries, and maintain our reception area to luxury standards. Your polished communication skills will ensure every visitor receives exceptional first impressions of our brand.

Administrative Support:

You will handle critical office operations including appointment scheduling, document management, and correspondence. The role requires meticulous attention to detail when processing real estate paperwork and maintaining organized filing systems.

Team Collaboration:

As the office hub, you will provide seamless support to our sales team by coordinating viewings, preparing marketing materials, and managing client databases. Your organizational skills will enhance overall office efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

We require professionals with 1+ years of UAE real estate experience and proven administrative capabilities. Your background should demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively in a demanding property environment.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is essential. Familiarity with real estate documentation processes and Dubai property regulations will be considered a strong advantage.
