About the Role:

A leading Dubai property developer seeks an accomplished Real Estate Administrator to manage critical transaction documentation and client communications. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with high-value property deals in a dynamic development environment.

Contract Expertise:

The successful candidate will prepare and review Sales Purchase Agreements (SPAs), lease contracts, and related legal documents with meticulous attention to detail. Your proficiency in Arabic/Tagalog will facilitate clear communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.

Transaction Management:

You will oversee the complete administrative lifecycle of property transactions from reservation to handover. This includes coordinating with legal teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with RERA regulations throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile:

We require professionals with 2+ years of UAE real estate administration experience, specifically in off-plan property transactions. Your background must demonstrate advanced contract drafting skills and familiarity with Dubai Land Department procedures.

Language Advantage:

Fluency in Arabic or Tagalog is strongly preferred to serve our international client base effectively. Your bilingual capabilities will enhance customer experiences and streamline cross-cultural negotiations.
