Position Overview

The Real Estate Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations through effective administrative support, property listing management, and coordination of real estate activities. Key Responsibilities

Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms including Propertyfinder, Bayut, and Dubizzle

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate property information

Maintain and optimize CRM systems, with particular focus on Bitrix

Handle administrative tasks related to real estate transactions and documentation

Support the team with scheduling, correspondence, and file management

Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies

Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed

Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate administration or related field

Background in real estate operations in UAE market

Relevant education in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred

Technical Skills

Proven experience with real estate platforms:

Propertyfinder

Bayut

Dubizzle

Proficiency in CRM systems (Bitrix experience is advantageous)

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite

Experience in digital document management

Personal Qualities
