Job Overview: Ducon Industries is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Assistant to support our product research and innovation initiatives. This role is integral to the development and optimization of new products and processes across our design and manufacturing operations.

Core Responsibilities: The R&D Assistant will collaborate with the R&D and product development team to conduct product testing, prepare technical reports, and help analyze performance data. Your contribution will support quality improvement and innovation efforts across various departments.

Technical Support: You will help coordinate laboratory testing, set up experimental materials, monitor trials, and ensure accurate documentation. Familiarity with research methodologies, product specifications, and testing procedures will be highly beneficial.

Documentation & Analysis: One of your key responsibilities will be maintaining detailed records of product performance, test results, and process parameters. You'll also be involved in compiling analytical reports that support decision-making for product development.

Cross-functional Collaboration: You’ll work with departments including production, marketing, and quality assurance to gather feedback and provide insights that support new product launches. Teamwork and clear communication are essential for aligning on R&D objectives.

Continuous Improvement: In this role, you’ll also contribute to continuous improvement projects by identifying potential cost reductions, efficiency gains, and product enhancements based on research outcomes.
